From here, you can manage online leave applications, track postings and transfers, review digital service books, and record daily attendance.

How to Login to Staff Window

Step-by-step instructions to securely access your staff dashboard.

1 Open Staff Window

Click on "Staff Window" or "Staff Login" button located on the top navigation bar of Shala Darpan.

2 Enter Staff Credentials

Provide your 7-digit NIC-SD Staff Login ID, registered confidential password, and security captcha.

3 Authenticate Session

For newly active devices or sensitive changes, verify using the one-time OTP sent to your registered mobile.

4 Access Dashboard

Your personal staff dashboard opens, granting instant access to leave applications, APAR, and transfer forms.

First-Time Staff Registration (One-Time Process)

If you are newly appointed or logging in for the first time, you must complete the one-time registration procedure on the official portal:

Visit the official Staff Window and click "Register for Staff Login".
Enter your Staff Employee ID / NIC-SD ID, your legal Name (as per Format 10), and Date of Birth.
Enter your registered mobile number and submit the verification captcha.
An OTP will be dispatched to your phone. Enter the OTP to set your permanent login password.
